I have practiced law in Wisconsin since 1959, first in Madison and in Barron since 1962. During this time, I have served for 15 years as President of the local hospital board and represented Barron Electric Cooperative for 40 years. In my practice, I concentrate in the areas of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate and Business Law.

Attorney Harrington's practice will include family law/divorce, consumer bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 13), foreclosures, criminal defense, debt collection, estate planning, probate and general practice. In the past he has appeared as a panelist on Duluth Public Television's "Lawyers on the Line" program, and has authored various articles, including a publication for CLE (Continuing Legal Education).

Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with Gerlach & Beaumier, Attorneys at Law, L.L.P. for more than four years.

Attorney Harrington is a native of Shell Lake, Wisconsin. He, his wife, Shanda (a native of Prairie Farm, WI), and their daughter, Madison are excited to be in Barron, and back to the northwestern Wisconsin.
